By downloading or using Media Deck, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Media Deck provides a collection of on-device media processing tools. Available tools and capabilities may change over time. All processing runs locally on your device.

Free and Paid Tiers

Media Deck offers a limited number of free uses per month. Unlimited use is available through Pro status, which can be obtained in the app.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings under your Apple ID.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all files you process with Media Deck. The app does not claim any rights to your content. Your files never leave your device.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Media Deck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that processing results will meet your expectations or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Deck and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
